From http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/china-business/8077393/China-growth-slows-to-9.6pc-as-Beijing-applies-brakes-to-credit-fuelled-expansion.html (in English)

Despite the reduction in growth from the 11.9% of the first quarter of 2010 to the 9.6% of the third quarter, Chinese economy is still growing at a rate higher than the official target of 8%. Both Chinese officials and international analysts are pleased with these figures, since they show a more balanced and mature growth for Chinese economy. Forecasts for growth in the 2011-2015 are estimated at an average of 7.5%.
